Three things you can do now to leverage your time as a Creative Entrepreneur and Solopreneur.
- Use your own personal time only to do the things you do best and no one else can do like you or as well as you.
- Hire others (as subcontractors) to do everything else that is repetitive, rote or non-creative.
- Do work in “blocks” of time – for instance only take phone calls and scan and answer email certain times of the day; do not be continually interrupted and re-directed by other’s urgencies!
